The stc fitting, is the snap to connect fitting. It's on the hpop. I don't know the part number, but if your ok with removing the intake, and all that is included in doing that. Then you will be ok. After you get the intake off just remove the hpop cover and you will see the stc on the back of the hpop.

The high pressure oil pump on '05 to '07 trucks can be accessed without removing the intake and EGR cooler.

the screen is in fact the one under the oil cooler. they do break often. there is an updated metal mesh screen from ford that is better. so far as weather you should replace parts that are not broken thats up to you.

To access the screen referenced in the post above, WILL require removal of the intake, EGR cooler and oil cooler (I usually remove the intake and EGR cooler as one piece).

The part number for the IPR valve from Ford is CM-5126 and requires a 1-1/16" open end wrench to remove/install in the absence of the proper tool. This is provided the turbo is removed.

The updated screen under the oil cooler part number is 3C3Z-6C683-AB from Ford, like previously mentioned.
