3.31 will get better highway mileage, 3.55 will get better city mileage and have more low end. Personally, I think they're both too tall and I'd want 3.73s or 4.10s, but they don't offer them...
With gear ratios that close I'm not sure you will notice much of a difference unless you are hauling a heavy load. FWIW, I would prefer the 3:55's if given the choice.
