93 fuel pressure?

What should the fuel pressure be on a 93 F250 351w?
I have read 45psi. I have 40psi is that enough?

Truck falls on its face at 1900rpm, in park will rev higher than I care to push it.

Should be 35-38psi at idle with vacuum on the regulator and it should jump to 40-45psi when vacuum is removed from the regulator.

30psi @ idle, 40 psi when vac is removed. and 40 psi when driving just before the truck stalls.
