Are you sure the chip is connecting to the PCM? Are all the contacts clean?

Ok guys took out boost fooler and changed guages still same problem I drove my own truck today with the same set up and it seems to run alot better than this one they were about the same performance wise so i guess it is not running the best any ideas on a leak detector what do you guys use????

Just an update built a leak detector and found the problem one of his boots had a hole on the back side of it new boot and its running fine THANKS for all the info.
