Ok you didnt say that you were maxing out at 12 psi. Make sure that your boost line is not pinched feeding the guage. It sounds like a boost leak to me. You may want to build a boost leak detector to check. Have you looked at the turbo compressor wheel? Has any work been done before the drop in boost pressure?

LOL sorry just noticed that I forgot the 12 psi deal.We have checked the line and there is no problems with it.The compressor wheel is good and no play in the turbo and no work has been done to the truck since the drop in the pressure

Make a boost leak detector check from there. How do the up pipes look? What type of fooler is in the line? Is it an air reg that will limit the PSI that the map sees? or is it a bleeder valve that will bleed off excess psii?

Hows the line connection going to the gauge on the back? Deff. build a boost leak detector, it'll help a ton!

If there's no smoke and you're only making 12psi with tunes, you don't have a boost leak. Check your gauge hookup or possibly the gauge itself.....

I never saw any mention of a loss of power. Seems to me like if all you can get is 12psi and youre used to getting 25psi, you would feel it in your butt. If you don't notice any loss in power then its most likely a gauge issue.
