Ok, I got help last night. Turns out I had a right side blown fuse, and you are right, there is a fuse for each function. Ron, (or anyone) I seem to remember someone saying something about 39, I think it's a relay, we could not find it, any help? I have all functions except the black which charges the camper battery. It was originally spliced in with the orange/red (can't tell what color it is) of the main wiring harness, we are not getting any constant power there, so I need to either find this #39 and see what it wrong with it, or run a new line with inline fuse all the way to back and power this black wire so I can keep my camper battery charged.
The 12v charge wire is only powered when the ignition is in the "Run" position. Keeps from draining the vehicle battery if the engine isn't running.
Look closely at the diagram, (If you have the owners manual), and the fuses/relays you have under the hood. You may have a spare already there. At least I did.
When you say "run" you mean when truck has started? We had the key ON, no power. I looked at the PDF, it says #39 but no pic of fuse box showing me where that is.
Ron, 39 is supposed to be a relay? It's on that PDF you linked me above, I did check 16, it's BIG fuse, and it's good. So what about the RUN thing, should truck be running in order to get a reading? Otherwise, I'm going to have to run a new line from battery to back.
im not finding 39 ether but i do know my truck charges a trailer..i would think as long as key is in run even when motor not running would give you power....

DITTO. I know I have power to the lights in my horse trailers with the truck off but the key in the RUN postion. If you are charging a battery tho, they also usually have an inline fuse on the trailer side.
I guess I will just have to run a new wire until I figure it out, the wire that know charges the battery from the camper is hooked to the orange wire in trucks harness, and from that wire, I am getting no power, with key off or on.
nothing under the dash..a wire chart shows a black/yellow wire going to Fuse 16 from relay 30....but the book said relay 30 is PCM...try swapping that relay around..
You should not have to run another line for the 'charger'.... start the truck up and see if there is power to the pin. If not it would seem to be a fuse.
