Yeah, it's basically a rugged replacement for the rubber matting.

Herculiner, Rhinoliner, etc. Just different brands.

IF the miles are as he says, 70k, it's a "reasonable" price. However, did you say he had the engine rebuilt? Why would he have it rebuilt with only 70k miles on it? Or is that miles since the rebuild? Or is that the number on the odometer? If it's the odometer, it's hard to say if it's 70k, 170k, or even 270k since they only have 5 digits.

One thing you're looking at is a specialty build. Bronco after Bronco have V8s, but you're getting a performance built 300, so it's unique and different. That alone is worth some points.

Personally, I'd try to talk him down to maybe $3k or less, simply because you'll have to get the oil leak fixed. It looks really nice otherwise. I'd probably buy it if I had the money, but I love performance 300s. As always, it's all what it's worth to you.

Well I ended passing on the bronco because of:
He would not budge on his price at all, not even a little.
As soon as I bought it I would of had to put money into to fix the problems.
It has no airbags= parents not approving

I guess I'll have to look for something else ford probably an expedition, mustang, explorer, or a truck

thanks for all the help guys !
