Popping Sound

I'm getting a popping noise sometimes when I make a turn on the right side. Could it be tie rod?

Is it when you turn sharply? Do you have an AWD model?

Sometimes when I turn it while reversing and sometimes when I turn into the driveway when it goes over the curb. Oh, and it is a 2WD.

Lay you odds it is the CV joint.

You pretty much already have. The symptom you describe is the first check.
Hard turn left or right. Follow the sound. Lift the vehicle and check the CV boots for breakage and grease loss. That leads to the joint failure. You can also inspect the joint for play. There should be none. It is easier to replace the half axle than replace the boots when they fail. When the joint fails replace the axle. No logical options on joint failure. There are threads hear on axle replacement. Keep us informed and you will find some us filled with advice.

As it is a 2WD model, it can't be a CV joint. Most likely sway bar bushings are shot, shock mount loose/broken. Look at these first as the fixes are simple and cheap. Other considerations would be worn/bad upper ball joint on that side.
There are several threads on these topics.

That would be correct for a 2WD, I assumed an AWD. My bad, I should have read the follow on post.
See what I mean, someone will give you the advice you need. I will bow out now.
