faint oil smell in cab & sluggish morning power
Trucks warranty expired last month on the 9th, has small oil leaks and thought I can bring it in befor I hit the 100k mark on odometer, well when I called my warranty had expired. I was too busy with work to bring truck in for warranty repairs and now I have to fix this and future engine problems myself. When I start truck in morning I have sluggish power till truck warms up. I think it may be injectors because I have had this problem with my truck before and brought it to for for repair. I also smell a bit of burnt oil in cab and when I park truck when I walk in front of it, I think this also has to do with injectors bit not sure. Truck doesn't leave any oil drops on driveway but has a oil drop always hanging under engine. What can I do as frar as diagnostic goes? And if it is the injector does it let me know which one to fix? Are there write ups on replacing injectors I have no clue on where to start. Thanks for everyone who helps me out.

First things first. It helps us greatly to know the year model of the truck. Second--the "hanging chad" as I call that drip on the bell housing may or may not ever hit the ground and IMHO is nothing to worry about if it's not even leaving a drop in your driveway. Get your truck code scanned or buy a GOOD code scanner, especially if you are going to do the work yourself. It's simply invaluable on these trucks. There is a LOT of information in the 6.0 tech folder at the beginning of this forum for almost every problem encountered on these motors, including injector replacement. Burnt oil smell indicates that you have oil getting on a hot pipe (most likely a manifold) but no drops on the ground also indicate that it's a very small amount. If you've had injectors replaced before it could be an incorrectly tightened valve cover gasket (reusable many times) dripping on the manifold. 12mm wrench for those.

If that's the case I think what you need to do now is monitor your oil and coolant temperatures to see if there is over 15 degrees difference in the two (oil being the higher). If so your oil cooler's flow is restricted which will likely lead to another EGR cooler failure.
