bump front suspension usually bolts up to dents from F100 to F100 (have to use the whole unit though, the steering is a little different), but I must admit, I'm not sure about the F250 series stuff. I do know the bump front suspension stuff is generally considered inferior to dent front parts when talking about the F100s. The front sway, if it's like the ones I've seen, will only work if you use the bump radius arms. The rear may give you problems too, as the rear frame is 4 inches different.

I'm having problems getting a front sway for mine (for cheap enough) because I need the brackets that mount to the radius arms too. My buddy gave me the rear bar, u bolts, plates and links, they came off an '87 F150, and match my 8.8 rear axle. I got one from a '91 F250 too, but it's too big. I like the front bar to be a little bigger than the back one.

There is a particular web site that has all this info in detail, their idea is to put the 70 stuff on the 78 frame though. It's a great site, but I believe there is a feud between this site and that one. First part "Ford" Second part "ification". I'm Lady Killer up there.
Will the frame work if you leave factory gas tank I the 67 f100

Welcome to FTE You've left out a lot of pertinent information for one to help you. what did the 1977 frame come from? If you don't know then find the vin number on top of the passenger frame rail just behind the engine bay.
have a look here
BTW Are you aware this thread is over 10 years old?
