Vacuum leak? Don't know if this year has the vac cans. They look like coffee cans and like to rust out. Replace or try to repair with silver duct tape.

What are the codes you found?

Good luck and keep us posted.

Check for stored codes and also check your fuel pressure. How old are the plugs, wires, cap and rotor? Same for the fuel filter?

Hold and supply vacuum when manifold vacuum is low, i.e. accelerating, going up a long hill, etc. They supply vacuum to components that rely on vacuum to operate such as the dash vents, egr, TAB/TAD and cruise control if it is not an electronic servo type controller.

Warm up the engine and transmission then follow this procedure: How To Run a Self-Test

If you have a difficult time counting flashes consider this code reader: Equus 3145
