I need a good portable air compressor 12v directly on the battery is what I am targeting because of it's versatily. The purpose is to air up and down my tires ranging from 60 to 80 psi. I have a slide in truck camper and don't want to sight see on 80psi tires when I offload it.
I have seen 2 SuperFlow models that seems interesting. Q89 Dual cylinders or MV90.
Q89 seems to be easier to get and cheaper.
Anybody experiment with those and can recommend one of these or another brand/model for my needs!
Bought one of these generically on sale from Four Wheel Parts. I don't think I paid $70; more like $50. Works good for airing up after off roading with camper. Stores behind the back seat, so it's always in the truck.
You could do what some of us have done. I have air bags and an on board compressor with tank. You just don't need the air bags. I have an outlet right at the front drivers door..but you could put it anywhere
Compressor just in front of fuel tank and the tank itself:
