Question Cheap, portable compressor for air bags?

My Ride-rites are getting installed on my Ex today and I don't want to carry my big ol' air compressor with me.

Can anyone recommend a good cheap portable compressor? I'll just need it for the airbags and airing my tires up and down. I'm OK if it takes a few minutes.

Thanks!

OP, this should be its own stand-alone thread, not a posted question to a years old thread. It will get better exposure that way, so I cut it from where you posted it and made it a thread for you.

I had AirLift bags on my F150. I used a compressor from a junkyard Expedition. Ran a tap off the line to the bags and added a quick discounted for an air hose to air up truck and camper tires. It was a little slow but kept me from dragging the compressor from the shop, across the yard to add a little to camper tires.

This is the one I've been using for about 6 years:

Goodyear i7000 12-Volt Direct Drive Heavy-Duty Tire Inflator : Amazon.com : Automotive Goodyear i7000 12-Volt Direct Drive Heavy-Duty Tire Inflator : Amazon.com : Automotive

It's much faster than the cheapie air compressors and is great for inflating airbags. That and a simple tire pressure gauge eliminates my need for a costly onboard setup.
