Just an update. He talked to the dealer on the phone and will be taking it in. He has extended warranty and they told him over the phone that it sounded HPOP related. It hasnt acted up again since but he is gonna let me know what they do.
And the fuse was coincidence. It will start without the fuse in it.

They have problems with HPOP leaks, HPOP STC fitting leaks, Stand-pipe and dummy plug D-ring leaks(if equipped with later wave style oil manifold, as well as clips/rings where the oil manifold insert into injectors.

He didnt want to shut it off after it started so I didnt try it. I was outta there 10 minutes later.

He left it with the dealer and they ran a half tank of fuel through it and couldnt get it to mess up. He drove it a few times this week and it did fine. Stopped to get fuel and it wouldnt restart. By the time I got there, which was a couple hours, it started. Followed him home to see if we could duplicate it after it got hot. After sitting for about 15 minutes it would only show 29 psi ICP while cranking at 85% duty cycle. Thanks for your help guys.
