I have a 2001 Ex V10 and today I was leaving class and I had to muscle the shifter into D. And now it's harder than heck to put it in park. I looked under the truck and I saw the moving piece and squirted some DW40 on it but it's not letting up. Anyone got a clue?
Update: I can't shift into reverse. It goes from park to drive and when it is in drive it is on the N. I found a possible problem in a search im going to try that in a few hours. Something about around the base of the steering column a little bushing can wear out...
