Actually, I hope you guys are right. I would love to have the larger tank. When driving from Western KS to Kansas City, MO, I won't have to fill up twice. I am going to check again and see. Thanks.

I have a 2010 Screw 4x4 with 6.5 bed and have the 36 gallon tank. It wasn't even listed on the sticker. I do know that the only time it was close to empty is when I pulled off the dealer lot with gas voucher in hand. I never let it get much lower then 1/2 as it was $88 to fill it when gas was $2.50 +/- gallon.

My 2010 F150 XLT 5.4 with the 5.5 ft bed screw has a 36 gallon tank. Love it

For 2010, none of the 4x2 models have the big tank. Only the 4x4s.

The factory sales literature states that with the 6.5' bed the 36 gallon tank was standard on 4x4 in crew cabs in 09. I don't know about '10. But the 36 gallon tank is nice, especially when you're towing. If you don't want to spend a wad of cash to fill it, then just fill it at 1/2 tank. that's what I do.
