I have that coming in the mail along with the mechanics cabinet of orings ,fuel sleeves, along with all my mods should be here tomorrow :-)
Every thing in my sig I ordered from clay along with every thing that I need to pull the turbo off and pedestal. And the hpop
I also seen someone did a fuel bowl delete how do you do that and what are the pros n cons of doing that ?
it only cleans up the valley some and less chance of leaks..no power gains from deleting it...i did the bowl delete with fittings from Napa but i have the ITP bowl delete block sitting on the shelf ready to go in...if you delete the bowl you will need to add a 2 micron spin on filter under the cab after the pump...are you sure thats what you want to do??
I would like to cause that bowl was a pain to get off then all the fuel all over the place it might have to wait though is it hard to do the fuel bowl delete ? Did you by any chance make a list of all the stuff you bought ?
cant help you with the fittings cause you have the FRX and i know nothing about it..i didnt want to do half the mod...i wanted to do the whole mod at once..so i went with a full regulated return..but i can tell you that you need to start with the fitting in the bowl where the feed line hooks too..for the filter you will need the filter base napa #4770 and a 2 micron NAPA Wix filter 3528 this will mount to the frame rail down by the pump...
I'm lovin your engine compartment it looks reel nice !!

here is a good quote about nozzle size.
Larger nozzles- By installing larger nozzles you are makeing the nozzles less restrictive so that more fuel will flow out of them with everything else being the same. Stock injectors with stock programming and larger nozzles will get more fuel out and make more power. Stock injectors only modified to have more fuel capacity with stock nozzles and stock programing will run exactly like stock injectors. In this case the only way to get more fuel out is with a chip to extend the open time of the injector and/or increase the Injection Control Pressure (<ACRONYM title="Injection Control Pressure">ICP</ACRONYM>) to push more fuel out the nozzle. On the same note if you say make a hybrid (installing a larger 7mm plunger and barrel out of a DT466/I530E injector) and leaving the intensifier piston the same will effectively reduce your injection pressure. This less injection pressure will make less pressure at the nozzle and will actually flow less fuel with a stock nozzle than a bone stock injector. So to get the fuel out without a chip you would need larger nozzles.
There is also a point where the stock nozzle just wont flow enough fuel to get the desired amount out in a realisitic time frame. That's why high capacity injectors require larger nozzles to use that capacity.
I see you painted were your boots go is that okay or no I powder coated my spider n IC pipes blue and was going to strip the paint off were my boots go have you had any problems with your boots not sealing right at all ??

when i had my IC pipes painted candy red i did the whole pipe and the boots would not stick..i had to sand them down..the plenums had a lip to help hold the dieselsite boots and the lightly clamped clamps on and hair spray made the boots glue to the plenum..they never leaked nor crushed from being over tight...
at least where the boots goes...they may stick to powder coating..thats what my pipes will get next...my candy red pipes was dupont car paint..the blue my pipes are now is ceramic paint...
Trucks back up and going put about 150 miles on so far no sine of any leaks I will try and post pics of everything after my gauges come in the mail and get them in this weekend
Thanks for all the help guys I really appreciate all the help guys hopefully I will get to see some of you next year at one of the RR events I plan on going to one of them next year once I get my hybrids and better turbo
