7.3L HPOP Problem
I have a 1994 f250 with a7.3 powerstroke diesel. Truck just shut off and would not restart. Engine turns over fine. I discovered that the reservoir for the hpop was empty. I filled it up three times and tried to start it, but it would not fire. Oil is transferring from the hpop reservoir to the engine oil pan. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Also, sounds like the HPOP reservoir is emptying but not refilling, is this the case?

is the engine full of oil??
is there any oil pressure? the low pressure oil pump fills the high pressure oil pump reservoir. so if the oil pump in the pan is not pumping there you will not get any oil up top.
