I'm replacing my engine. Got the old one out, and the up pipes are too chewed up at the turbo ends to reuse -- they couldn't form a good seal, so I need to replace.
1. Does anyone know the Ford part numbers for the up pipes? I've looked at the ubiquitous Powerstroke part number list floating around, and it says Up Pipe-see Turbo Exhaust Collector below. But it never actually lists the part numbers.
2. Ford parts may not be available even if I have the part number. Does anyone know of a vendor or exhaust shop that sells an aftermarket version of these?
3. Are there any upgrades I should consider? International makes bellowed ones which eliminate the donut seals and leaks. These are sold by a number of folks with or without ceramic coating. But they only fit the larger inlet Super Duty turbochargers, not the ones we have.
Yes, I have heard good things about these. May be looking into them myself as well. More budget friendly than the International option but good quality.
