EGR delete aftermath

Hi guys. I just finished. I worked on it all day. I deleted my egr cooler and replaced my oil cooler. I got it all back tyogeter. I cycled the key a couple times untill the fuel pump stopped buzzing. She fired up right away then stalled. it started again for a couple seconds. Now nothing. It turns over but does not fire. Any ideas off hand? I will have to start to take the pllastic parts off in the am to see if i missed someting.

I would check all the sensors first make sure they are all plugged in like oil temp sensor and what not. Also I would make sure the top fuel bowl is full of fuel.

Check for exhaust leaks. Mine sounded that way when I didn't get the clamp on right where the egr cooler connected to the up pipe. I used a stick with a piece of paper taped to it to see where the "hiss" flow was coming from. Then I knew where it was.

Thanks guys, i took the "y" pipe out and relplaced it. It seems the noise doesnt start untill after it runs for a couple seconds. The CEL is on. does it have something to do with the computer turning the turbo off?

Yes you need an SCT to turn the CEL off.
On my 07 I still had to plug the old EGR valve in to get the CEL to turn off.

will the lowflow code make my turbo sound funny?

I read somewhere about low turbo boost with that code.

What are my options? I would rather not have to get a tuner.

Thanks,
Brad

For what it's worth I just did the EGR delete a few weeks ago. I have the EGR still in the manifold and plugged in and have no codes the last time I checked and no check engine light. I still on planning calling Innovative this week to get some custom tuning tho. I was told that with my MY it is a 50 50 chance of getting a light.

My 04 had codes but ran fine when i did an egr delete. I finally got a tuner for the extra power but you should be okay without one.
