Just dropping by, been a while now. Free for summer since the 8th... at least from classes, I'll go for that though.
Sorry to hear about the tranny Troy. After reading about the BTS repuation everywhere I figured you wouldn't be left high and dry, but its always a bummer when you go through that work.
So the last week of college I drove someone's pickup to see if I could tell a howling from the front in 4WD. It was a Dodge Cummins. Extended cab long box like my 95 F250). I drove it for a little while and came to a 4 way intersection. Like I would do with my pickup, I drove straight ahead and backed to the right and then drove back the road I came from. He then tells me, "you know you could have just done a U-ie in the intersection, Dodges have a lot better turning radius than a Ford or Chevy." I said yeah I suppose, but in my head I was thinking of the true meaning of turning radius. LOL! I ended up telling him that it would be a guess without lifting it up and checking around, altough it did seem to pull to the right in 4WD and not in 2wd.
Gonna go down to our shop. We have 3 Ford 7000s at our shop right now. Hmm, what a coincedince, was there any talk about 3s the last couple pages.... LOL
Well I just got a tracking number from BTS and it looks like the tranny should be here tomorrow or Friday at the latest!
Hey Thomas nice to see you checking in again!! Yeah apparently those Dodges have a good turning radius I have heard!! Lol Glad to hear your done with school!!
Wow Lee they did get around way over there in WI! Gald you had fun though!!
Hahahaha I forgot about that place Lee...There have been some odd ducks come out of Wisconsin. Remind me to tell you guys about our camping trip over by Turtle Lake a few years ago.
