water pump leak

Water pump to block is 15 lb-ft.
Pump pulley is 12-18 lb-ft.
On the 203 stat there is only one gasket. Put the stat in first then the gasket. Make sure where the stat sits is good and clean, new pump no problem. If you purchase a new neck it should come with the gasket, mine did. It ended up being a piece of crap so I used the original neck and the gasket from the 203* kit.
When reinstalling the neck I purchase new bolts as they tend to come out a bit corroded. I did not use any torque specs on the neck. Most important is to tighten them down evenly, not one at a time.
On the pump you will have a pipe fitting that a heater hose is connected to. That will have to be transferred to the new pump. There is a o-ring on it that may or may be there so check for it. Mine was about 3/4 missing.
