I'm looking for information regarding the correct exhaust headers to use on a 1951 F-1 with a 302, C4 automatic with a Toyota P/S gear box? Does anyone know if the Hedman Hedder's part #88420 (block huggers) will work without a problem?
Any other suggestions will be appreciated.

I have a '59 F100 with a 302/C4 and a Toyota PS box!!! I have Doug Thorley headers (regular, not "block huggers"). They went on with no installation or clearance problems.

hey man,

i am using flowtech headers and they are great in my 54.....now if i can only stop my oil pan leak!!!! ahhh.....

I'll check into the information you have provided and post it here for future users.

Does anyone have information on Ford Motorsport headers (part # M-9430-E50) listed for use on a 1994-96 Explorer with a 302 engine? They look like they may fit my 51 Ford application? I found these available through the local Ford dealer. I would like to know the actual dimensions/specifications before I purchase them since they are a special order item and cannot be returned if they won't fit.
