2000 Ranger- Need Extra Key & Remote (Cheap?)

When I bought this truck about a month ago it only came with one key and key fob (remote control). I don't like having only one set of these in case it gets lost. Does anybody know where I can get a new key made/programmed as well as the key fob cheapest?

I'm sure most locksmith's can provide these as well, but I found this with a quick google search. I believe they come with directions so you can program it yourself... not sure though.

You can find key blanks on ebay for cheap. Like $20 shipped for 2. Then have a locksmith do the cutting and programming.

remotes everywhere on ebay. Ace hardware makes chip keys for cheaper than dealer or locksmith, just bring in your current key and they can copy/program it
