Steering Wheel Removal
We have a 1961 F250 4x4, I can't figure out how to get the steering wheel off and I don't want to break anything, so I figured I'd ask on here. It is a four speed so no column mounted shifter and it is a 4x4 so the column looks more like one from a 59 than a 61. A parts breakdown might help if nothing else.Thanks, Seth

What you need is a steering wheel puller...

Bill thats a slick looking interior...

Thanks for the info but I should have been more specific. I have a puller but I need to know how to the center cap off so I can get to the nut.

If anything like the 65-66, push down on horn ring or button and turn counterclockwise.
