How to program new keyless entry

NO! A truck without keyless entry has a different power lock system than a truck with keyless entry. I found that out when I installed the remote starter. If you want keyless entry, go to walmart and get a Bulldog remote starter for $70 and install it. You will also need to order a $10 relay (from Bulldog website) so that you can hook up your locks. That will add the starter and keyless entry. Oh, unless you have the PSD... then forget what I said... the Bulldog won't work.

Bumping this up, I have a 99 F250SD V10, I bought a remote to unlock my doors from ebay because I didnt get one from the last owner, I tried 50 times to program this thing and Im getting no where, put a new battery in the remote still nothing... found on here it said to cycle from the on to run cycle 8 times, found on another site to cycle 5 times... what am I doing wrong ???
