78 351w

I have a 91 f150 that had the inline six, it was gettin tired but still a great motor. i bought a 78 351w with 60,000 on rebuild and put itin there, i painted her up and wow what a power difference, it has a 2 barrel on it and i was wondering if i should put a holley 390 2 barrel or a 4 barrel on it, i want throttle responce and more power but without going to deep, let me know what you guys think, thanks

i dont have to much of a idea for you but my opinion is to put on a 4 barrel, i have a 302 and put on a alum intake with a 650 holley, gets better fuel milage when takin it easy on the foot but makes alot more power when you want it.

Go with the four barrel. I put a Torker II intake and a holley 650 on the windsor in my 69 Mercury. I was blown away by the difference it made power wise but the fuel economy went down a little.

that 700 is to much carb for your motor i wouldnt use it.

the Torker II is an intake best suited for a car not a truck/4wd
