1947 Ford project

My name is Alex from San Antonio Texas. I have a 1947 ford 3/4 ton that I will be mounting on a 96 F150 chassis with a 5 speed manual transmission. I have a '75 ford 302 that currently is connected to a c4 transmission that will be converted to manual for this project. I bought a used flywheel complete with clutch assembly from a 5.0 but it does not have the correct balance, so I have to get the correct flywheen, a 28 oz balance. None of the local junkyards had one so I went to the autoparts store and found several new ones. I will probably get the one from O'reilly's for 69.99 with a 1 year warranty. Before I proceed any further, I have to check out the engine to make sure it is working. This is a slow going project and I have found a lot of help along the way to help me from making costly mistakes. This forum has helped out alot, thanks y'all.
