Bars leak (or whatever brand you pick up) is cheap enough that pepper isnt worth trying unless its an emergency. A local radiator shop can probably fix it though. You could try it yourselk if you want. USe acid core solder and a propane torch after you clean the spot with a small wire brush. DId you price a new rad yet?
