ok, so they aren't idling through the holes, they are hitting 6k and still only managing to hit the wheelspeed of something that is idling. :flipoff: maybe if they ran a tire that was a little more manageable of a size on trucks that didn't weigh 10k lbs or more, they would be able to get some wheelspeed and momentum.?
I'm going to assume your not talking to me...

really? have you ever been off-road before? I love playing in 2wd...if i get stuck then i put it in 4. They were running it in 2wd....i was barely making it on 40" boggers 4wd wfo in my bronco...like i said, they got bored w/ that and went and found somthing else.
where i live there is mud like i posted everywhere....i dont much care for the offroad events anymore since a lot are mostly water.....back in the early days of TGW (now ghey as h*ll) trucks actually got stuck.
i'm going to go out on a limb and say that you have next to no expeirence in mud/offroad or building/fabbing a truck or anything related to this forum other then BSing so sit down and STFU.....
or you can kiss my ***. it is well known on here that i don't have much fab work under my belt. you never even finished you build thread on here, so why not do that before you go getting pissed at me for not liking florida trucks. ask anyone on here on a regular basis. i have never fully built any of my trucks, that's why i bought my stock 78 bronco, so i could build something. i'm out of work with a baby on the way, so i don't exactly have money to be throwing around at tools and parts right now.
and about no experience wheeling, whatever man. i guess it's your word against mine. but by asking me to stfu you've just given me a reason to bother the hell out of you. i said i didn't like florida trucks, i never said i had a problem with you or your truck in particular. i actually was asking about your truck a while back, so i don't get you and your problem because i just said you showed that there is some actual mud down there.
it's mostly tight trails around here, because if it's flat enough to plow, it's got something growing on it. lots of heavily wooded areas are about all you can find. you know, property that ain't worth chit to developers or farmers. problem is most of it is conservation land, or river bottom chit that closely resembles the 3 ft of water on top florida stuff.
My new found love is the badlands of the dakotas stuff. Hills and washouts, drop offs that can swallow a pickup, stuff like that. Need good brakes, low gears, and brass *****.
i live in what's called the illinois valley area, so you can find a lot of slick as hell hill climbs that are 10x more scary to go down than up. and surprisingly rocks. i don't care for rocks at all, but you can find some pretty crazy stuff if you look hard enough, but again, all the cool chit is illegal to wheel now. we used to be able to wheel some of it when i was younger, but now you need to know farmers or go to the cliffs in marseilles il
Hell, I always tell people "goin down is easy. Its the up that gets hard" my long wheel base makes for a "safe" feeling in the hills. Stuff that shorter rigs almost tip over backwards on, doesn't feel bad at all to me.
I wish I could have got some pics or vid of one spot, I was fallowin a Jeep and a toyota, came to a narrow spot. They had inches to spare, I had almost half a tire hangin off both sides. 10-15 ft drop off on both sides. I didn't even look out the side windows. Just had a buddy watch from in front and tell me where to go. Lol.
That is the main reason people in Florida are having to go bigger and if you see one truck at a mud hole, you see 100. The only thing you can go down in the forest is the numbered roads - the numbered roads are clay and graded. If you decide to get brave and venture off the numbered roads, keep your wallet handy cause if you get caught its steep fines and possible confiscation of the vehicle. Heck, get caught in a pond and its $500 for each tire that touches the water.
we have an area called bailey falls that used to be a big time wheeling spot before my time. it still has a road that runs through the area that is legal to be on just to tempt you into wheeling. it is some of the most beautiful land you would never know about if you weren't from around here. i used to go down there every once in a while to play, but it is just not worth it anymore. they have a conservation officer who lives about a mile from the area too. he catches people on 4 wheelers all the time. if he can catch a quad, he can damn sure catch a truck trying to get out of there, plus why make wheelers look worse than people already assume they are?

All I can say about this is it made me laugh. Thanks.

What part of FL are you in? Richloam management area is an awesome place to ride. 56000 acres, and the majority of it you can drive in. They have organized events out there as well for alot of jeeps and old rovers. Best part is its 30 min from my house.
But.... there is alot of water. Last time I took my truck out there my 44's disappeared a couple times.
