fuel delivery error

hows it going boys, havent been on awhile got a problem with the truck and not sure where to start i got the codes of my reader and i have a PO148 fuel delivery error and a PO191 fuel rail pressure sensor system performance code, any ideas or info would be great the only thing the truck is doing to make me nervous is when going to pass someone the truck stutters or is not getting enough fuel at around 3500 4000 rpms, seems a little sluggish on accelerating

Year? Engine? When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

If it's a gasser, I'd supect fuel pump control module. On the 04 and newer F150's it's mounted on the crossmember in front of the spare tire. On cars it's part of the fuel pump. I'm not sure how the SD is set up.
