Anyone run the cherry bomb extremes?

Just curious if anyone here has tried out the new-ish cherry bomb extreme mufflers, and what they thought of them?

Was thinking of buying 2 single in/out ones when i re-do my exhaust. Probably without cats, and with longtubes. I think it might be a little too loud and I'll end up putting cats on it though..

The CBE is way louder than people think. Even louder than glasspacks. I have a dual in/single out kicked out in front of the rear tires and I set off car alarms regularly. Motor is in sig.

Super loud, but i love the sound and am going with the same exhaust set up on my 96

Mine is loud, yes but I don't think it is obnoxiously loud like some of the harleys running around here lol. long tube headers,no cats, 2 into one cherry bomb, turn down in front of rear axle.

My exhaust has to be the loudest thing in town. Theres another one running around her with a 350 and straight pipes (chebby) and its def louder than that. Probably just about as loud as a harly at WOT in the 2200-3000 RPM pange. In that range, it just bellows

Thanks for the insight guys!

I do like it loud, so I'll give it a shot next paycheck, worst case scenario I'll end up getting some hi-flow cats to quiet it down a little.

Ive got the older versions, from when they were still made by IMCO, and I love em too.
