ive only put 30 miles on the truck so far so not ready to comment on that but in short yes but not sure how much of that is caused by the tune. I did have to "move" the pipe a little bit but only used a big pry bar to reshape as close as I could. I reassembled with the oem blue egr cooler hose hooked a pressure tester 20 it for 30 min and found no loss. then pulled a vacuum to -25 and also held fine so I think all will work out with that.
I just installed this a couple of weeks ago. I completely agree with Cheezit's observations . Here are some pics in my gallery: 2005 Ford F250 4x4 - EGR Delete
Nice pics in your photo gallery, 'em's some nice batteries...looked you were working on the surface of the moon. No problems cranking her back up?
dschuffert: Have you had any problems with any leaking from the blue hose and clamps?
I haven't had any leaking with them. I do share the same concern Cheezit mentioned about it. I tried to angle the 5/16 heads of the clamps so I could loosen it with a small socket without having to remove the turbo pedestal if it leaks in the future. I have about 800 miles on it since I did it about 3 weeks ago.
