Ya 03 early 04s dont set the cel or a code with it unplugged. I also have mine deleted and love it. Keep the valve in and plugged in to keep comp. reading right. In my opinion you should get the OilCooler/ Egr delete kit w new intake gaskets from rudys diesel for $420 rather than $350 or whatever for just the delete kit (which is just a j shaped tube w the upgraded blue hose and a new exhaust uppipe and a plug for the egr valve which i didnt even use). I just thought it was a deal when i was shopping for an oil cooler

Why would I need to leave the EGR plugged in? It's unplugged now and I don't see any issues. Is there something I'm missing?
I know when you go to get it inspected theyre gunna look for that. The oil cooler egr delete kit from Rudys is on eBay. I made an account just to get it
