Have any of you guys tried one of these devices? It is priced cheap enough and I'm considering purchasing one for the slight boost in mpg. Let me know your thoughts.

As for the guarantee ( ) you would never collect a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and Handling fees would most likely take half or more. I guarantee that.
Sure, a hydrogen generator makes about enough extra power that you don't notice the power being used by the alternator to generate the hydrogen.

Jack up your tire pressure to 45psi, add a tonneau cover to limit highway drag, add a set of under drive pulleys, swap out your mechanical water pump for an electric one, ditch the factory clutch fan for an electric one, alter the ECU tune via an XCal 3, Diabolosport, EDGE, etc, etc.
There are plenty of legitimate ways to increase efficiency and fuel economy....and power to boot.
