2010 f250, when I switch on the blower motor.....

....the truck kind of acts like it get a shot of nitrous. I previously had a DP tuned PSD and for reference it would like going from a stock tune to 40hp. This lasts for a little and goes back to norm.

No mods. A little annoying when you are giving some go pedal and switch the fan on. Maybe timing advancing? Happens mostly when cold.

I dont want ford to touch it if it is the norm. Great truck, no other problems. Man I love this new interior. I got the XL model with split vinyl bench seats, awesome.

no mods, 2010 5.4L

No, that seems to be well beyond the scope of normal.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the heater/AC system runs the mechanical bits on engine vacuum. If something was not right with the vacuum solenoid it could somehow alter the vacuum signal in the intake manifold............but I also have to say that I am really grasping at straws with that one.

Maybe they boost it a little to offset the AC pump? Also just grasping at ideas. I know the AC pump runs on just about every HVAC setting.
