Check and see if it is still coming out of the defrost vents.

It doesn't , it completely quits blowing then when I slow down to 60 it will start up again almost if something gets blocked then unblocked when I slow down

Its the FLUX CAPACITOR. For god's sake, whatever you do, don't hit 88 mph. Sorry, had to do it.

Probably what's happening is you have a vacuum leak. When you are on the throttle vacuum drops and the air doors can't keep their position so the block off the air going into the cab. Most of the time it diverts it to the defroster as an emergency measure. Look under the hood by the top of the blower motor. There will be a whitish colored hose going to a valve on the heater hose. That is the most likely rotted and broken. But a leak from anywhere could cause this.

second on the vacuum line. They are plastic, and occasionally break. Should be white, and can break right where they go into the loom.
