Possible collapsed lifters

So regasketed my 460 and when i put it back together i tightened down all the rockers to the proper torque specs. But if i pushed down on the back of some of the rockers where the pushrods are the inner part of the lifters will compress. But the other lifter will not do that. Would that mean there are collapsed lifter and some need to be replaced.

If it set for awhile they probably just bled down. If you already sealed it up then fire it up and see if it ticks.
