Does this mean I should be interested? Summers aren't anything fancy and right now I rarely tow. Winters on the other hand.....

You could, but there is too much BS told by tuners to make sure your money will do anything. When I complained why 203 thermostat keeps my engine at 185F, the answer was "it works the way it should" .
You want to experience it on your own >>>> let us know how it goes
Did you figure out SCA testing?

Haha, yes I did. Im not doing it just keeping ELC coolant in it. I am going to let the big boys do the debating.

I'm seriously thinking about changing my thermostat back to stock. Why you ask? I changed to the 203º in October 08 when I added Dieselsite's billet housing and coolant filter setup after flushing my coolant system.

The heat during winters of 2008 & 2009 was great BUT, all throughout the hot summer of 2009 my water temp (taken from the coolant filter head) always went between 203º to 210º when fully warmed up. My oil temp would run approximately 210º and got as high as 230º when I towed my 31' TT on flat terrain in DP 60 HP Tow doing 65-70 MPH.

I don't like that high an oil temp. Previously my stock thermostat always stayed at 185º no matter what the driving conditions. I've purchased many an item from Bob Riley and he's given me some great advice on my truck but, I am concerned about the effects of higher-than-normal oil temps. I used Schaeffers' 9000 full synthetic oil.

My thoughts, thanks!

I still would wonder how the 3 degrees or so difference in thermostats could raise oil temperature by 25 or more degrees?
Last summer was way hotter that previous -could that be an issue?
