Tranny engine match up

I've got a '68 F100 2WD 360FE / C6. Is it possible to mate up a 302 directly to this transmission?

You can find a c6 that will bolt to a 302. I have one on a 351w.

Does the C6 have a removable bellhousing? If so you could just find the right bellhousing. I am not to familiar with the C6.

Unfortunatly it's all one piece, you have to find a C6 with the right bell for your engine if you want to go with it.
