pulsing brakes

2000 F250 When I hit the brakes my entire truck shakes. It almost feels like the ABS are hitiing extrmely hard. Does not matter if it is in 2WD or 4WD. Any answers Thanks

Some of the usual culprits are warped rotors, ball joints, sometimes steering box/and or steering linkage or a combination of above, is this something that just started? or a gradual build up?

Just as dan said. More likely it would be warped rotors. My truck does it and I will be doing my brakes soon.
