hood ornament
I purchased a 1987 F150 reg cab, styleside, Custom last fall for my son and I to work on. I've seen many other F150s of this vintage on the road. The one thing I've noticed is that ours is the only one with a hood ornament. My son has now taken it off and filled in the hole but I was wondering if the ornament came on it or was it added later. Anyone out there seen any with hood ornaments?

I think I've found another one of my shortcomings. Posting pics in the forums. It didn't work so I put a pic of it in the album section.

definatly aftermarket or a later add on by a P.O. and if you have trouble adding images to the post try getting a Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket account and post all your photos there. Then all you have to do is copy the IMG code they give you to the post and it will appear!
