FOMOCO Headlight

I came across an old FOMOCO headlight that was in a 1943 Ford GPW. It has 3 terminals so I assume it's a high/low beam light. It has the Westinghouse trademark W on it, so I assume it was made by them for Ford. the GPW has the motor and wiring harness missing so I am not sure it it's a 6v or a 12V light.

Anyone shed some info on these?

thanks

FOMOCO Headlight

Hmm, don't know about the manafacturer, but it should have been a 6V for that time, and the bulb socket sounds to me like it should be for the standard 7" sealed beam found on most cars of that time, and is still availible today at local parts stores, of course not with the 6V configuration as that had. The terminal configuration and all should not have changed through the years. That's about all I can say. Did I answer anything?
