I am sitting here drinking PBR reminiscing of the old times when we had regular get togethers. PBR is one of the old traditions
in this chapter for the after chapter meet parties. There was a time when we had a few regulars that showed up to almost every chapter meet. Seems there are not many of us left. Only me and GrayRanger4x4. I really do miss these guys. I think we need to try to wake this chapter back up. Some of the guys that once really helped keep this chapter going may never come back due to the banning of one but that is no reason the other Georgia residents can't pull together and make this the best damned chapter ever. Anyone with me?
Hey,
I'm one of the newest guys here and I have to say, I figured something was wrong ! No posts, no GTG, no nothing. There are a lot of folks on the 7.3 forum and Super Duty forum from Georgia and East Alabama that are very active. What's the deal? Why can't we grt this Ga. Chapter up and running? I'm with you.
My wife and I are in Augusta,GA. We have a pool , gazebo and grill in the back yard. We don't drink PBR but all are welcome to BYOB. We have no problem hosting a cookout.
Sort of sounds like our AR chapter, a few diehards that usually make most meets and wrenching parties, but just try to get some of the folks who post occasionally to show..... If I had any suggestions, believe me, I would post them.
geez this is slow... my '87 would be pressed to make it but my best friend around the corner has a 99 that would make it a good drive to tenn so i know no place is to far long as he can go
