Any one have a preference on in tank fuel pumps. I think my front one is dying a slow miserable death.

That sucks Don! Just keep telling yourself it's your last year... maybe that will help. I myself have to finish bleeding the brakes on the dent and then install a new vacuum pump in the diesel. Shouldn't take but a couple hours to do both and then I will be attacking the dreaded "honey do list".

It only sucks till I remember that that they pay me $45/hour for 12 hour days 6 days a week for a month.....

I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend, but then my boat wouldn't start. And I have someone coming to look at it tomorrow who wants to buy it!!!

So now I have to fix my boat in a hurry... Gotta love old Mercury 2 strokes. haha

Vacuum pump job done and working good so far! Off to take it for a test drive and then on to bleeding the brakes on the wifes truck.

The pump was an easy fix... finding the vacuum leak I still have is another story! Finally had to go out and buy a mityvac yesterday so I can trace the problem down. This is one of those times that working on a gasser is easier then a diesel lol
