Moning peeps. Tough weekend for me. Remembering the 6 buddys that didn't make it back from Nam with me. Why did I come back, and they didn't.........Haunts me still.

Morning all. Hope you all got water wings or can swim well. Another day of rain. I think I've spent drier winters on the coast. Get-um up El Nino.

If it don't stop raining soon we won't have a wheat crop. Too much rain will cause disease and hurt the yield. It should be in the 80's to 90's by now.............

I've been in Oregon since '97 and this is the wettest spring I've seen...

Let's put it this way, two rain records will go down today and Friday that have been around for 50 years...

My head understands, but my heart has a problem with it. Even after 40+ years I still have a lot of anger connected with the war.

There is something about losing 6 friends, with 2 of them dying in my arms, that changes a man forever.

We all have our crosses to bare. this just happens to be mine...................

Yes, never seen a spring this wet before...........actually makes the fire danger worse come hot weather, the grass around here is out of control.

Evening all. Still treading water here, man-o-man, can you believe it. Streets are disappearing, even the ducks are looking for high ground. High ground, not dry ground, can't find any of that.
