It's not worth the money for me right now. Need to save up for our move back to Oregon soon.
Otherwise I'd be going out duck hunting in a couple weeks.
Besides, most of my hunting gear is back home, the stuff I had shipped out here got stolen off of my front porch when it was delivered, and between license, tags, ammo, boots/waders, etc. it would cost me a good amount of money just to hunt for a month or so.
I can wait and just be prepared for next year back in Oregon.
It is raining here in Central Or. Wife and I will be working on the red SHO today. Have to pull off the crank pully, I forgot got to put in the oil defuser behind it. Then the starter, now that the wife knows how a SHO starter goes in, lol. Then all is left is the intake.
Looks like she will have some help, 15 year girl from next store wants to help and learn how to work on cars and trucks.
Oh, I am sure it won't last long here either...............I have to go to the J-yard......that will make it POUR!
Dave, keep your eye out for a 3 groove crank pulley for a 300-6. When I got my 300-6 from Jeff (oldbrokecowboy) it only had a 2 groove, and I need a 3 groove to be able to use the power steering pump.......
Had a little rain last night, now it's just cloudy.
Thought I'd share a pic of my son Harley's Yamaha project. We built it 6 years ago and entered it in a couple of shows. 5 years ago he ran into two deer with it....Wasn't pretty.....
He decided to resurrect it last spring and this is the finished bike!
