thermostat

Think i need a new thermostat,the only one i can find local is 205 deg.Dealer said stock was 192 deg,do you think the 205 will be ok.
95 f350 cc std srw.

I think thats what i put in my truck when i replaced the stat.

Our trucks run alot more effecient with the 205* thermistat

Out trucks run way better with the 205* thermostat. I know mine runs alot better.

There are two different thermostats depending on which water pump you have. You need to use the correct one to match your pump. They are long or short.

The 205 deg that i looked at was the short one.How do i know which one i have with out pulling mine first.

I not sure how to direct you as I suspect your waterpump has been replaced at some time. If you do some internet searching this issue has been written about many many times so you might find some help. I would just get both parts and return the wrong one if I was in your spot.
