I read through the posts kinda fast so forgive me if this has been covered already.
Have you checked the EBPV. When it closes the engine will be a real dog.
Have you disconnected the EBR yet? (First Pict). You don't need it unless you live in the Arctic. If you suspect it's closing it can be wired into the open position. Take a look:

Well it guarantees that your pcm isn't causing whatever problem you may be trying to solve.

Well I got it fixed today. I found a major oil leak right where the dip stick goes into the oilpan and I had lost 6 quarts so needless to say the computer was shutting the engine down. I did rebuild the IPR and found a broken O-Ring so that is a good thing. It runs awesome now.

Do you think it was mostly the low oil or the orings?

I think the low oil but I think the O-Rings helped too cause it feels like it has a little more power than it used to.
