I had another one that I shipped to PA, so pretty close to you. The shipping alone cost $62 due to the size (not weight) - box was 32"x18"x18". I'm asking $75 for the console, so $137 total shipped to you. Let me know, thanks...

The steering box is shot... only good for a core. I don't even think its worth shipping.
Yes all the louvers are in good shape. I'll figure out shipping for the whole shroud piece and send you a PM.

Do you have the ignition lock cylinder? I only need the black piece that you turn it over with, but apparently it is one piece. Also, do you have the plastic pieces on the front doors behind the side mirrors (kind of in front of the window) if they are tan.

I do have the lock cylininder and a key in it. I can sell you the whole unit. $15 + shipping
Not sure what plastic pieces you are referring to? There are black pieces directly opposite the mirrors about 8" tall by 3" wide, I have those and I have never seen them in any color except black. I also have the A-pillar trim piece which runs along the window edge, top to bottom, but it does not have the grab handle or the holes for the grab handle - it is tan.
